• Interim Leadership & Transition Strategy: As the Executive Director of the Milaca Chamber of Commerce, I was brought in during a critical leadership transition. I stabilized operations, allowing the Board to evaluate their long-term vision, and successfully implemented the structural framework necessary for the next permanent director to thrive.

• Entrepreneur: Founder of Mama Gracie’s Pregnancy Shop & Spa which was sold and renamed. Goenner Consulting, LLC which focuses on supporting operations of small businesses and nonprofits. Current contract with the Central Lakes College - SBDC as a consultant for Kanabec and Pine Counties.

• Administrative and Financial Leadership: Experience leading multi-million dollar operations through administrative and fiscal strategies that reduced overhead, promoted growth and stabilized deficit spending.
