In 2015 Faith, owner, Goenner Consulting, LLC, left her career to start a retail business in a rural community. Mama Gracie’s Pregnancy Shop & Spa was birthed on labor day. Faith started this business from scratch with a vision of a space in our community where women could come together to be with each other through the ups and downs of pregnancy. Faith strategically sourced other small business innovative products to sell at the shop and offered prenatal yoga and massages.
2018, Faith sold the business to an entrepreneur in a larger town who was a doula and prenatal massage therapist.
2019, Goenner Consulting, LLC had its first client providing small business start up support.
2022, TO DO lists completion: many completed tasks were catalysts for growth and innovation.
2023, Year of the Employee: competitive solutions around performance, benefits and training were provided to many clients.
2024-present, serving as a SBDC Consultant to Kanabec and Pine counties in Minnesota.
2026, Fractional Executive Director: partnering with nonprofit leadership to strategize organizational growth with robust Board management, multi-channel fundraising campaigns, and large-scale event production.
